Donato Sansone (1974) after graduating from the Naples Academy of Fine Arts, in 2002 he moved to Piedmont to attend the Animation film course at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, where he specialised in experimental animation and compositing techniques, ans well as live action. After completing his studies in 2004, he began making commercials, video clips, and short films. His short films have been screened at some of the best festivals around the world, including the Annecy Animation Film Festival, Anima Mundi Festival in Brazil, and the Hiroshima International Animation Festival, among others. Canal+ (2013), Sky Arte (2014) and Arte (2020) have made reportages on his work.
